Coaching Bio:

My name is Rob Davies- I am Married to my best friend, Brooke- We have Abby-Kate (14) and Kylee Beth (10), we love cruising and going to the beach!  I have always been intrigued with the sport of Volleyball.  When my daughter wanted to play, I wanted to be there for her every step of the way.  I coached her and learned even more about rules & regulations of the sport.  I coached with Barrow County Recreation Department for 5 Years and Winder Barrow High School for 1 Season.  I am a Certified Community Coach, with certification in Concussion Protocol & Sudden Cardiac Arrest through GHSA.  I am also CPR/First Aid Certified.             

       I am passionate about instilling lifelong goals in my players.  I focus on building my team up, encouraging each and every one of them to give 100% of themselves to the game and their team.  Teamwork & Integrity are crucial in life and in the sport of Volleyball.  Winning is great, but isn't everything.  We are going to have a lot of fun and learn so much, but most importantly, we are going to grow together as a TEAM.

    So excited about joining Empower and can't wait to start the new Season!
